We specialize in coastal property. We have capacity for wind coverage in Tier 1 counties in the following coastal states: Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey and New Hampshire.

 Capacity

  • $5,000,000 in per risk capacity is available for better risks.
  • Up to $2,500,000 in per risk capacity for frame construction.  (Capacity varies by risk, company, and location)
  • Ground-up limits as well as Primary and Excess Property placements are considered.
