Daniel MOGELNICKI

Dan started his insurance career in 1978 with Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company, where he was the Underwriting Supervisor of the New York City Commercial Accounts Department. After nearly ten years with Atlantic, he joined Fred S. James in the Large Lines Marketing Department, and afterwards an Independent Retail Agency. From there, Dan went on to a medium-sized Retail Agency.

He is a graduate of The College of Insurance. Dan joined North Island Facilities, LTD, a branch of NIF Group in 1990 and was Senior Vice President of Underwriting. He was named President of NIF Underwriting Facilities in June of 2006.

Vince Terlaje

Vince Terlaje has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Seattle University.  His insurance designations include CPCU, RPLU, AU and ARe. 

Vince began his insurance career with CIGNA in 1987, handling commercial claims in all lines of business for large, self-insured accounts.  In 1990 Vince accepted a position as a Senior Claims Representative with Maryland Casualty, handling heavy casualty and construction litigation.  In 1993 he moved to Safeco Insurance Company as a Claims Specialist. In that role he was the lead claims handler on their Architects & Engineers and Emergency Responders programs. 

Vince began his underwriting carrier in 1998 as Program Executive on Safeco’s Non-Profit Social Service program.  Shortly after, he was promoted to the National Programs Facility Multi-line Manager.  Vince assumed various positions over the next few years, including Assistant Director of Commercial Casualty Product Development and Territory Underwriting Director of Safeco’s Northwest Region. 

In 2007, Vince was named Safeco’s Assistant Vice President of Risk Management. His responsibilities included the purchasing of Safeco’s corporate insurance and treaty reinsurance programs.

Vince joined NIF Group in 2009, and was later named President of NIF Pacific in July of 2012.
